Supporting a community of welcome, service, and faith.
Why We Give
Everything that happens at Manitou—worship, caring for neighbors, nurturing children and youth, and serving our broader South Tacoma community—is made possible through the generosity of those who give.
Giving is simply one way we respond to God’s generosity in our own lives.
At Manitou, giving is always voluntary. We don’t pass a collection plate, and there is never pressure to give. Each person is invited to give prayerfully and freely, according to what they are able.
When each of us gives what we are able, the collective impact is powerful. Together, we sustain a community that is loving, welcoming, and alive in faith.
